Are there any tips or extra details that would make the customer's experience even better?

Currently, JENNLO Bakes Studio serves the local DMV area only — no shipping out of state at this time.

Most treats stay fresh for 3–5 days at room temperature, or up to a week refrigerated. 

Customization

Can I request a custom flavor or design?

Absolutely! Custom flavors, colors, and themes are our specialty. Share your inspiration and let’s create something special together.

What about allergies and dietary restrictions?
JENNLO Bakes Studio operates out of a home kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. While we take care during prep, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Do you deliver, or is pickup only?

 

We offer both!

Pickup and Delivery is available in Rockville, MD, and delivery is offered throughout the greater MoCo/DMV area for an additional fee.

Is there a minimum order?

$50 minimum for custom orders.

1 dozen for cupcakes 🧁 cookies and cinnamon rolls.

Cake orders;

6inch cake minimum, whole pound cakes or loafs.

 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please reach out as soon as possible — cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our order policy, especially for custom or deposited orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, CashApp, every major credit card, Square Tap to pay and Cash.
